faulty air conditioning
the air conditioning was not working properly it was turned off for the season this made the room too hot even with the heat off opening the window helped a little but the bathroom remained hot it was a major disappointment since i specifically chose this hotel for its air conditioning

The location was certainly convenient being directly across from the central station. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room I had included a kettle plus cups. There was also a pillow menu for your comfort.
The gym felt a little small to me and some of the equipment looked old.

The reception staff were quick to respond and addressed my queries promptly. Staff at the bar were attentive. The room cleaning service was efficient and kept the room tidy throughout my stay.

Breakfast included a reasonable variety of options. I saw no seafood there. The fruit selection included mostly standard choices but was acceptable. The dining area was clean and well-kept each morning.
